Welcome to Robe Laundry. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Agreement

Robe Laundry provides premium dry cleaning, wet cleaning, steam ironing, and other specialized garment care services. We exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us.

2. Pickup & Delivery

We offer free pickup and delivery in select areas of Vadodara. Turnaround times are typically 48 hours, though express services may be available upon request. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Heavily embellished, bridal, or designer items may require an inspection before a final quote is provided. Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

4. Liability Policy

While we use the best practices in the industry, we are not responsible for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that are not apparent prior to processing. In the unlikely event of damage or loss caused by us, our liability shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment.

5. Unclaimed Items

Garments not picked up or scheduled for delivery within 30 days of readiness may be donated to charity or disposed of at our discretion.
